The George is pleased to announce a partnership with the well-known Comparucci restaurant from Palermo Sicily. The restaurant , due to open in May 2012, will focus on Sicilian specialities ensuring the best use of the great local produce available in the southern Med. The 50 seater restaurant also boasts a few tables al fresco and may be used for groups.
